Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging (sealed, unused, and unopened).
Products with opened seals, broken packaging, or used items cannot be returned.
Retail/original branded products (not manufactured by Perfamix) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Perfamix Products (our own brand)
Perfamix-branded products are eligible for exchange only within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange is only possible in cases of clear manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
Refunds are not applicable for Perfamix products, only replacement/exchange.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened perfumes, oils, or cosmetics.
Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items.
Any product not in its original sealed packaging.
Process
To complete an exchange, proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

within 48 hours of receiving your product to initiate an exchange request.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of an approved exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
